The MAIPP Alumni Association is made up of everyone who has ever attended MAIPP.  There are no dues, no registrations, no fees of any kind, but the association thrives and is the largest supporter of the Mid-America Institute of Professional Photography.  Over the last 31 years, the Association has given more than $100,000 in MAIPP scholarships.  The funds for these scholarships come from the sale of MAIPP T-shirts, sweatshirts and other items, and from the sale of raffle tickets during the MAIPP session.

The Alumni also awards a certain number of “need” scholarships each year.  To apply for a “need” scholarship, request an application at the address below.

Janel Niceswanger is in charge of the alumni association and is responsible for updating the items that are sold, organizing the raffle, handling sales and contacting vendors and others who are interested in donating prizes and scholarships.
